    Thanks! I've always been curious about the hydrometer and have, for economic reasons declined to approach the use of one in my attempts to brew. However, I recently found one for $1 at the Bins store! I thank you for the introduction to the scale .... but I've not yet seen the need for safety glasses.

    1) put 100 micro litres(0.1 ml) of Ecoli on TSA plate. Use p200 micropipette to do this. Set to 100. 2) spot bacteria onto the centre of the plate , spread bar used to disperse them throughout the entire plate. Plate already labelled with four quadrants. 3 of these quadrants spotted with bacteriophage, one of them is control. 3) Sterilize spreader with alcohol, Single pass through flame. Allow it to cool 4) Spread bacteria completely over TSA plate. Back forth all along. To create a bacterial lawn. U want bacteria to be everywhere. Spread repeatedly. Regions of lysis are regions of interest 5)Again sterilize the bar, dip in flame one more time, put the spreader aside. 6) Great place to isolate bacteriophage is sewage, alot of them prevalent there, because plenty of hosts. Get the right volume (t20).pipette 5 microliters onto each one of three quadrants. Tap epitube down a little to ensure that phage is at the bottom of tube. 6) spot 5 microliters on each one of three quadrants. Allow the liquid to absorb in TSA plate. Cover the plate. We know the regions where viruses will attack the bacteria, leaving a region of lysis in a lawn of bacterial growth. To ensure we get enough bacteirophage to work with, we place on three quadrants ( 5 microliters).Each time cover the plate. 7) 4th quadrant has control. Put some sterile brothe so that we can see a region that has no lysis to compare to our areas where we have put he bacteriophage. All set. Allow plate to dry, to allow spots to absorb. Invert the plate and incubate overnight

    So many good saying was said about Doctor Madida on UA-cam and i was desperate to get cured of herpes virus and Pulmonary fibrosis.       You bet! In order for mutation to occur, replication has to occur. If DNA is not replicated than no mutation can ever happen and thus reversion cannot occur. The little bit of His allows the bacteria to begin to replicate.
